Reporting content
MultiDraw World (world.multidraw.app), as of 4 November 2026
This is an English translation for your convenience. The German version ("Meldeseite") is the binding one.
In short: if you see something on a canvas that breaks our rules or the law, report it to us – without an account too. We review every report personally. In an emergency, call the police first (110 in Germany).
1. What you can report
- drawings that break our rules (section 5 of the terms of use) or the law;
- a decision we made against you ("Contest a decision"; signed-in users, and an ended account from its notice in the browser it was signed in to, section 7.4 of the terms of use).
2. How to report something
On the drawing page, open the menu "Help" → "Report…". The report tool sends along by itself: the canvas's name, the spot and zoom you are looking at, the time and – if you are signed in – your account. You fill in:
- the kind of problem: illegal content, sexual content, child safety, harassment or hate, copyright or a person's rights, spam or vandalism, other;
- a description of what is wrong there;
- if you like, your name and email address so that we can answer you (for "child safety" we do not ask for them);
- the confirmation that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate.
You can also email us at info@multidraw.app. Then name the canvas and the spot, most easily with the link from your browser's address bar.
3. What happens next
You get a report number at once. A person reviews your report, not a program, and decides whether and what we do: nothing, remove the drawing or clear an area, protect a region against an account's drawing, warn an account, sign it out, block it on one canvas or everywhere, end the account, or close a canvas (section 7.2 of the terms of use). If you gave an email address, we tell you what we decided.
4. Misuse
Whoever knowingly sends false reports can be excluded from the report tool.
5. Emergencies and help
- If someone's life or safety is in danger: the police, emergency number 110 (in Germany; 112 across the EU).
- Depictions of child sexual abuse can also be reported to jugendschutz.net or the German Federal Criminal Police Office (bka.de).
- If something you saw weighs on you: in Germany, the "Nummer gegen Kummer" helps children and young people free of charge on 116 111.
6. For rights holders
If a drawing infringes your copyright or another right, tell us the work, why you hold the rights to it, and the spot on the canvas. Short and specific is enough.
